A grassroots non-profit organization based in the U.S., providing support and advancing civil rights for Asian communities.
We are a group of community-based individuals from diverse professional backgrounds who share a commitment to social justice. We are neither a government agency nor a commercial entity. We are a grassroots collective formed through shared experience and a sense of responsibility.
Although our backgrounds differ, we are united by a common understanding: in moments of crisis, a single piece of accurate information, a reachable phone number, or a responsive organization can fundamentally change the outcome for an individual or an entire family.
We aim to be a point of connection, support, and action—so that real people do not have to struggle alone in desperate situations, and so that when things are at their hardest, you know you are not alone.
As a racialized minority group in the United States, Asian communities often face a wide range of challenges. For new immigrants in particular, unfamiliar environments can bring language barriers, limited legal knowledge, and a lack of understanding of social and legal systems. When unexpected situations arise, this often leaves people unsure of how to respond. For example, many do not know how to assert their basic rights when encountering law enforcement, or whom to contact for timely legal assistance or social support during emergencies.
As immigration policies continue to shift, the risks of sudden detention and deportation for new immigrants have increased. Without adequate preparation or a trusted community support system, individuals can easily become isolated and helpless in moments of crisis.
We founded this organization to build a mutual-aid network for immigrants—one that provides practical preparation, clear response mechanisms, and dependable support—so that in critical moments, people are not left to face danger alone.
